Order Fulfillment

Please allow 7- 10 business days for orders to be processed as all pieces are handcrafted. Occasionally, we may have just sold an item which you ordered, and have not had time to take it off our site (or it may have been in your persistent shopping cart). We apologize for any disappointment, but we will reach you to see if you would like a substitution, special order, or just a cancellation. Additionally, we reserve the right to not fulfill any order of an item listed in error.


Fine Collection

Our Fine Collection is made to order and will require 6 to 8 weeks to produce and ship.  All items in our Fine Collection will enjoy FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE.  Pieces from our Fine Collection are produced in solid gold with varying options in 14k white, yellow or rose gold or 18k Yellow or White Gold.  


 Rush Orders can be accommodated for an additional $80 USD charge. For rush orders, please let us know in the comment section during Check Out.

Taxes and Duties

Orders are shipped DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". We do not VAT, Duties and or taxes for customs upon checkout. Applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees may be required for custom clearance and are the responsibility of the customer (even for shipments that are refused upon delivery).

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.



All sales are final.  We do not take returns on any styles.



 We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and if you're not, we'll make it right. If you wish to exchange an item, send us an email at customercare@nhistoriae.com.  Requests for exchanges are accepts within 14 days after the order has been received on all unworn jewelry.  

If you request an exchange, we will pay shipping and handling charges for the item we ship to you. Shipping the item to us for exchange and any applicable duty and tax charges on the new item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. For an item over $75, we recommend  using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



For all repair inquiries, please email customercare@historiae.com. Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and instructions on where to ship it to.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
